EP1 Assessment

A custom 1 on 1 session to figure out the best plan for you to get to your goal. During this hour long assessment we will cover everything needed to get the right program for you.<br><br>1. Start out with a short consultation to see where you currently are fitness wise as well as talk about your goals. We will explain how to meet those goals and give you an idea of how long it may take to reach those goals.<br>2. We will go through a short workout to assess your current fitness needs, which will help us guide you to the proper program.<br>3. We will go over how you did during the short workout and come up with a plan to get the best program that fits your needs.
